sewing for me | divided basket pattern by noodle head


I didn't get a lot of time to sew this past week but had to give this awesome basket pattern by Anna a go! It was pretty simple to make, especially since I skipped using any sort of interfacing. The canvas I used was sturdy enough on its own so there was no need for anything extra. The pattern was super easy to follow and there are several options for customizing. I love how functional this basket is. I plan to use this one to store yarn, hooks, and in progress crochet (and maybe knitting one day) projects. To keep things simple, I chose solid colors to get a color block effect. I can see making these baskets for so many things and in lots of great fabric combinations. Definitely a great pattern to have on hand!
